This policy covers Likovon LLC’s public informational website at likovon.com, including its JuggleIM product information and documentation. Likovon LLC is based in Georgia, United States. It does not describe data handled by JuggleIM software or any customer deployment.
Website technical data
When you visit, our hosting and network providers process technical information needed to deliver the website, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time, and response status. Hosting or server logs may retain this information for site operation, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Analytics and cookies
The deployed website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page visits and website performance. The website’s application does not include advertising trackers or set application cookies. Its navigation framework may store page addresses temporarily in browser session storage to prevent repeated reloads when recovering from navigation errors. JuggleIM documentation may use browser local storage to remember display preferences, such as the selected theme and documentation tabs. The JuggleIM landing page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request data needed to deliver them. Hosting and network services also process technical data to deliver and protect the site.
Contact and demo requests
The contact links open your email application. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any other information you choose to send. Our demo-request form collects your full name, work email, company name, and any messaging requirements you provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a demonstration, and handle related communications. Please avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information.
Form submissions pass through our Cloudflare hosting service and are sent through Resend to our business email inbox. These service providers process inquiry data to deliver and store the notification. The form uses technical request data and short-lived, keyed identifiers to limit spam and repeated submissions. Form details remain in page memory while you complete or retry the form; the form does not save them in browser local storage or set cookies.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, network, and email providers process information as part of delivering their services. Technical log retention depends on the relevant provider’s settings and practices. Demo requests and inquiry correspondence may remain in our email records for follow-up and recordkeeping. Resend also processes and retains notification content and delivery records according to its service settings and practices. The website does not maintain a separate demo-request database or intentionally log form content. You may contact us to ask about information associated with your inquiry or request its deletion. We will consider and respond to requests as required by applicable law. Legal, security, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping requirements may limit what we can delete.

Links to external documentation resources, software repositories, or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy applies only to likovon.com.
