Overview​

JunbriskIM supports two deployment models: Managed Private Cloud and Private Cloud. Both provide the same instant-messaging capabilities, but differ in data storage, Admin Console, and billing.

Choose Managed Private Cloud: JunbriskIM manages the deployment. After provisioning, integrate each client by following the documentation without managing IM deployment or operations. This option is commonly chosen when the storage location of business data is not sensitive.

Choose Private Cloud: After creating an application, first deploy the IM service. Then integrate each client by following its documentation. This option is commonly chosen when the storage location of business data is sensitive.
